Program Description
Spear Parcels' messaging program sends operational notifications to drivers and team members, including shift confirmations, schedule changes, route information, and delivery-related updates.
Opt-In
By providing your mobile number to Spear Parcels (verbally, via web form, or as part of onboarding), you consent to receive text messages and/or WhatsApp messages from Spear Parcels related to your work assignments.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your work schedule (approximately 1-4 messages per day).
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the messaging program at any time. Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop receiving messages. After you send any of these keywords, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
